BARLET SŒURS × LORO PIANA

Designed for the boutique in Forte Dei Marmi, the collaboration between the sophisticated world of Loro Piana and Barlet Sœurs has given rise to a series of fifteen hand-painted cylindrical vases, inspired by the Maison's craftsmanship and the artisanal techniques of knitting and weaving.
It also celebrates their shared love of natural fibers, drawing on the brand's textile heritage and its iconic linens. The plants are bound, braided, and woven, with their stems and flowers intertwining like the threads of a knit.

The motifs depict wildflowers and elegant garden plants, wisteria, jasmine, hydrangea, laurel, agapanthus, with a special focus on the thistle, a flower dear to Loro Piana and a symbol of artisanal know-how.

In warm, earthy tones accented by whites inspired by Carrara marble, these vases, entirely handcrafted, from the casting of the earthenware to the painting and glazing, offer a poetic interpretation of Tuscany and the world of Loro Piana.
